Here’s a simple guide to help you identify your core strengths:

Think about times in your life when you felt particularly successful or accomplished. What were you doing? What skills or qualities were you using? These moments can provide valuable insights into your strengths.

2. Seek Feedback
Ask friends, family, and colleagues for feedback on what they see as your strengths. Sometimes others can see qualities in us that we might overlook.
